Roofer Marketing Solutions: Animation Branding
Ever heard about Mickey Mouse getting a DUI?!
No?! Why? Because Mickey Mouse is a character and the creators of Mickey Mouse decide what he, as a character, says & does.
A question when branding your business is “Do I use my own face, as the face of the company?!” And while there are reasons why you should & why you shouldn’t… as a marketing professional, I highly suggest the use of animation over a real-life company mascot.
Humans are imperfect and make mistakes. When your brand is tied to the specific human, your brand suffers when the reputation of the real person suffers.
If your brand is connected to a fictional character, you have creative control of the character & the ways it’s viewed throughout your community.
If you’re considering re-branding for 2023, give this video a watch & consider using an animation as your mascot.
& as always, if you're ready for a marketing professional to join your team - Shoot me a DM
