AMAZING PUMPKIN PIE 🎃🥧

INGREDIENTS:
*for a cooking pot with 30 cm diameter
Dough:
220g white flour
-120g butter(cold)
-4 tbl sp cold water + 1 tbl spoon vinegar
-1 pinch of salt

Cream:
-700g boiled or baked pumpkin
-3 eggs
-150ml sour cream
-20 tablets stevia(or 200g sugar)
-1 vanilla
-1 tsp cinnamon
-1 tsp ginger
- pinch of salt
- 1 lemon zest
