How To Double This Pastures Production

14

Simply by managing our cattle differently and applying daily rotations on the pastures, we have doubled our pasture's production the first year we implemented these methods. On the hay fields however, we are removing a lot of the biomass and nutrients and feeding it to the cattle offsite. These fields I am working on today haven't seen any input of fertility in many years. I am convinced, that I will double next years production by applying this layer of compost this year.
