Everyone Who Rents This NYC Apartment Goes Crazy…

Personally, I’d rent this apartment after it gets fixed up, but whoever WAS living here left signs in the apartment (Broken lights, etc) that their stay was not short enough… but why? Its in lower manhattan new york city by New York University and Astor Place, surrounded by tons of cafes and shops. Also, this same apartment rents almost immediately every time it comes up for rent, but the renter always leaves it in a total mess. At least its going to be renovated…
