The client pled to the amended charge of reckless driving. A just result given what happened in closing arguments.

You might ask yourselves why didn't I object when the prosecutor began this ad hominem crusade against me in his closing? I didn't want to draw attention to it. Maybe I should have, in retrospect. Just like you saw in the JD v. AH trial -- a lot of these are spur of the moment judgment calls and we don't always get them right -- we're only human.
