Ocala National Forest Trail Ride | Dry to a Muddy Payoff at the End | With Buffalo Off-Road

Once again we make our way to Ocala National Forest for an off-road trail ride. Ocala National Forest (ONF) is so bug, there are always new areas and trails to discover. We have barely scratched the surface, and will need many rides to even make a dent here in the number of places to ride.

We did hit some new spots. Some of the trails did cross or ride along the same trails included in the recently release Florida Adventure Trail (F.A.T.). This was not intentional, but I did see this show up here and there in my GAIA GPS. It is the dry season in Florida, so the trails were definitely more dusty that our last trip. Typically, most of ONF is dry, but there are usual water or muddy areas. We were able to hit some wetness at the end of our side, so stay tuned for that.

We started the ride in the Hopkins Prairie Area. This is a really popular dispersed camping area. There is a campground close by that seemed pretty nice, but in non-hunting season most people tend to dispersed camp here.

We hope you like the video! We welcome comments and questions.
