The chief executive appointed to oversee the bankruptcy of FTX testified before U.S. lawmakers on Tuesday (December 13) that the collapsed cryptocurrency exchange had no internal controls or oversight, and used basic consumer accounting software entirely unsuited for a firm with billions of dollars in assets.
