Carl Niehaus and "Ramaphosa Must Go' protesters were removed from the area in front of the Cape Town City Hall on Tuesday morning ahead of the Parliament sitting where MP's will vote on the Pahala Phala report. The City Hall is hosting today's sitting of the National Assembly. MPs will vote on whether to adopt the Section 89 panel report into President Cyril Ramaphosa's Phala Phala dealings.
