PT 1 | Carnivore Recipe to stay on for the Holiday Season | Make Your Own Compound Butter!

RECIPE & TIME STAMPS BELOW: Let's stay on track this Christmas Season. In preparation for the holiday festivities, I'm sharing with you a new recipe each day this week (12/12 - 12/16) that in combination will make an entire dinner! Day one, we make Compound Butter! Follow along for the recipe and as always, feel free to make this your own and tweak this to be as strict as you prefer if you're on the Carnivore/Keto Diet!

Garlic Parmesan Compound Butter
Ingredients:
- 2 Sticks Room Temp Butter
- 1/2 C Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 garlic clove, finely grated
*Add Salt to Taste if you like

Coffee Compound Butter
- 1 Stick Room Temp Butter
- 1 Stick Browned Butter - check out my video library for this recipe!
- 2 tsp ground coffee
*Add Salt to Taste if you like

Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients into a bowl
2. Mix together
3. In the center of your wax/parchment paper sheet, pour mix into center
4. Shape mixture into a log and refrigerate for later use.
Storage:Leave your compound butter in the fridge for up to 5 days. For longer storage, leave in freezer for ~6 months.
