Physical Therapy for the knees

Physical therapy method for my knee I picked up from method developed by Ben Patrick, author of "Knees over Toes" that I picked up watching an interview Dr Berg (the Keto Diet) did with him.

The method involves training the opposing muscles in the knee by pulling heavy objects while walking backwards.

In the gym they do this with a sled and weights but here I use the hill to increase the resistance.

Seems to be working, my left knee still hurts but its definitely getting stronger. I've only done it twice, first time on Friday which I did without the 50lb plate and today with the 50lb plate tied to it, a variation I picked up listening to Dr Berg describing how he does it on his farm.

I've got to admit its helped with the swelling and mobility as well as returning some of the strength in the joint. I still have some pain but its getting a lot better.
