Husqvarna Chainsaw - Full Rebuild

In this video we rebuild a Husqvarna 240 (2013) chainsaw. This video is for entertainment and curiosity purposes only. Operating and rebuilding chainsaws can be hazardous.

In this video, we replace the piston, cylinder, bearing seal assembly, clutch, drum / sprocket, fuel lines, check valve and tank vent with new parts. We use re-use several parts such as the flywheel, ignition module, etc.
