The demonstrators caused a fire inside the airport facilities.

According to some sources, some 50 national police officers are inside the airport.

🇬🇧A group of Peruvian protesters will take over the facilities of the Andahuaylas airport, in Apurímac, to demand new elections.

The Peruvian Corporation of Airports and Commercial Aviation requested reinforcements from the Peruvian National Police to free the hostages from the place that would have been held by these protesters.
