My name is Adam. In the fitness industry over 11 years.

Turning 36 had me reflecting on life & the journey along the way.
Where I was a year ago, or 2 ago, compared to 5-10 years ago etc..
And here are the consequences of that reflection.. A year of BURPEES!!

My goal is to start with 100 & add 1 every single day. Ending with 465 after a year.
100 every day would’ve been way too boring (for those who know long challenges)!
