NHS patient care deteriorated in last 3 years since Corona-19 declared national emergency 23/3/2020

Shocking news of BMJ article in Dec.22 , Lancet article , Guardian news figured waiting lists of over 10 million patients waiting under NHS in U.K. At least 65% are forced to go to the private sector for their treatment as NHS has failed to provide medical care to the tax payers paying wholly for the NHS .
I understand NHS is accountable to Parliament for the NHS' £130 billion of annual funding paid by the Tax Payers money across the country . 
Recent BMJ article dated Dec/ 2022 figured
2. 7.61  million people are waiting for their treatment under NHS .
3. 2.91 million cancer patients are on the 18 weeks wait rule.
4. 420,000 , thousands patients are waiting for the last 2 -3 year for their treatment, some are waiting for the last 4-5 years . 
5. Median NHS waiting time is 20-24 weeks to be seen by a specialist / consultant physician or surgeon which is significantly higher that pre Covid time in 2020. 
7.More than 30,000 -40,000 ambulance workers, including paramedics and call handlers, gone on strike in December 2022.
Lancet Article on 23/09/2022 has commented that, National lockdown on 23/3/2020 was imposed on U.K. public as a part of the strategy by the SAGE to flatten the curve of the Covid-19 pandemics. 
1. unfortunately it resulted in destroying non Covid-19 NHS services resulting devastating effects on other patients requiring their urgent care especially cancer patients..These patient group included patients with intermediate & major surgeries, endoscopies , angiograms , early & advanced cancers who were waiting .
3. In U.K. 1250 vital trials and screening programmes were abandoned due to the Covid 19 in March 2020 with totally devastating approach by the SAGE group. 
4. All cancer screening programmes for most 4 commonest lethal cancers like Breast cancer , Colonic cancer , lungs cancer , Prostate cancer and other blood cancers were abandoned. Sadly Priority was Covid 19 as a national emergency but other serious& cancer  patients were important.
6. Fear created by mainstream media for Covid -19 as a most lethal disease was made in early 2020 among public with the narratives Stay homes- Save NHS - Save lives  which killed many thousands of people. 
7. Hundreds of thousands of elderly patients were transferred untested and in rush to the nursing / care homes who later died due to dehydration, isolation, fear , ignorance and lack of medical facilities because of propaganda of the social distancing & face masking.
8. Patients who were eligible for urgent referrals for their investigations for two weeks wait rule on the basis of having iron deficiency anaemia, weight loss, change of bowel habits & dysphagia etc were ignored to be investigated resulting serious outcome. 
9. Covid was a given a priority and National emergency but other lethal diseases and cancers were terribly ignored and put on the back burner by the government, NHS, medical establishment & authorities & the medical regulatory body which claims to protect patients and safeguard public which is highly condemned and is criminal .
10. My worry as a senior health consultant Surgeon with 35 years of experience is that effects of delayed presentation & investigations of symptoms above does not result immediate & premature deaths but will result lethal effects after 4-5 years ,especially the cancer patients who were undiagnosed. 
Lancet survey: 1.  50 % of the senior consultants said they are resigning from their job , as they are burned out, dissatisfied from job & salary, poor pension & too much stress.  
2. 53000 nurses have resigned due to poor pay, loss of incentives & morals at work place .
3. 55,000 social care workers have resigned due to poor pay and loss of appreciation of their work at work .
4. 140,000 doctors are short to run the NHS work . Many senior and honest doctor including myself are dismissed or suspended since over the last 2.8 years during rely Covid pandemic or under investigations by the medical regulator with cruelty not only to the patients but also the the experienced doctors . 
Many thousands ( 30,000-40,000) of the ambulance drivers & paramedics are on strike , ambulance service is run my the military Personals . 
1. Every year there are 390,000 cancers diagnosed in U.K. out of that at least 170,000 die with full investigation & cancer treatment regardless .But we are not sure how many cancer patients died during period of wilderness & madness from March 2020- until December 2022.
2. We are unaware & missing the vital information & the important data which should have been published from ONS & NHS of the exact number of patients who had died due to their cancers died between March 2020-until December 2022 not treated .
NHS ( national health services ) in U.K. was considered to be one of the best but now many patients borrowed money , used their reserve money, sold their property for their treatment or used the reserve money which they could have used in some other good reasons.
