So I am talking to this developer and they are like, I want to get to a 200ks salary. I am like, where are you now? They are like, I am making 130ks. Cool. Do you know what skills you need to put in place to get there? They are like yeah, kind of. I need to get better at TypeScript. I am like, is getting better at TypeScript going to land you a 200ks job? They are like no. I also need to get better at coding challenges, and algorithms, and also testing and a bit of backend as well. What would you do?
