Medically Kidnapped Baby from parents for refusing jabbinated blood transfusion
New Zealand: parents refuse "vaxxinated blood" for their sick baby
The New Zealand authorities asked the courts on Tuesday,
December 6 to
entrust them with the custody of a baby whose parents, fearing that he would receive blood from donors vaxxinated against
C-19, oppose an operation. surgery to save his life.
They had unjabbinated donors availiable. The parents weren't refusing the surgery but the tainted blood for possible transfusion.
These people are mad!!! They've doomed us all!! these will be no way of escaping the mrna eventually. We must stay away from doctors, hospital etc...

New Zealand parents lose custody of sick baby after refusing blood from vaxxinated donor
New Zealand: parents refuse “vaxxinated blood” for their sick baby
The family of a baby who has been placed in his doctors’
care because his parents refused to consent to a transfusion of “vaxxinated blood”
in a life-saving operation have said they will prioritize time with their son before the surgery.
The four-month-old infant, whose identity is kept secret by order of the Court, suffers according to his mother from pulmonary valve stenosis, a heart problem requiring surgery.
But this intervention was delayed because the parents demand that the blood which could be transfused to the child in the operating theater comes from donors who have not received any messenger RNA vaxxine against C-19.
A request rejected
Their request was rejected, as hospitals in New Zealand do not separate blood donated by vaxxinated people from that of non-vaxxinated people,
neither category presenting more risks than the other.
The authorities asked the court to give them partial custody of the baby.
If the court grants their request, the parents will retain their authority over the child except for medical care.

The Mature Minor Doctrine
The “mature minor” doctrine provides for minors to give consent to medical procedures if they can show that they are mature enough to make a decision on their own.
It is a relatively new legal concept, and as of 2002 only a few states such as Arkansas and Nevada have enacted the doctrine into statute.
*** In several other states, including Pennsylvania, Tennessee, Illinois, Maine and Massachusetts, state high courts have adopted the doctrine as law.

Who Can Consent to Health Services
Generally, Pennsylvania law requires the consent of a parent or guardian for the medical treatment of anyone younger than 18 years of age (a “minor”).
However,
Pennsylvania law permits a minor to consent to all medical, dental, and other health services, except abortion, if the minor has: (1) graduated from high school, or (2) been married, or (3) been pregnant.
An emancipated minor may consent to all health services including abortion. No other consent is required—a minor who meets one of these criteria enjoys the same rights to consent and confidentiality as an adult patient.
All minors have the ability to consent confidentially to certain medical services under Pennsylvania and U.S. law, which are described in detail below.
Confidentiality
Fear of disclosure prevents some minors from seeking health services.
When young people are assured that providers will maintain their confidentiality,
they are more likely to seek care. Generally the right to consent entitles the patient to confidentiality. When a minor has the right to consent,
a provider generally may not disclose the minor’s health care information to anyone,
including the minor’s parents or guardians, without the minor’s consent,
unless there is an explicit exception in the law that permits or requires the disclosure.
These exceptions are noted in each applicable section and explained in “Exceptions to Confidentiality.”
