PENNSYLVANIA DEMOCRAT APPOINTS HERSELF MAJORITY LEADER AND HAS JUDGE SWEAR HER IN

Rep Joanne McClinton Declares herself Majority leader in the PA house when the Republicans holds a 101-99 majority and goes as far as having herself sworn in by a Judge in Philadelphia.
