How do Darknet Market Staff get charged - Deep Dot Darknet

In this episode of Deep Dot Darknet I am answering Irae's question:
"if you are a darknet market staff member will you be charged with a crime?"

From looking at downward departures like 5k1.1 letters to rule 35(b), talking about OxyMonster who was a moderator on Dream market and a darknet vendor from France who got 20 years in the feds, reviewing some of the differences between money laundering, conspiracy and tax evasion.

Because I don't operate with a script and I simply answer the question as asked sometimes I tend to go out of scope. I think I did a bit of that in this, for that I apologize.
