Can you teach your brain how to be a more effective manifester? What does this even mean? While the law of attraction to some seems to be a woo woo, love and light, positive thinking only concept, what I’ve noticed about “manifesting” is that instead of drawing things “towards” you, you’re actually creating that reality yourself through neuroplasticity.

Now, 120 odd years later, the practice of “manifesting” is being brought to light as scientifically-backed using neuroscience.

Since we “manifest” from our subconscious beliefs, neuroplasticity work can be used to reprogram your #subconscious mind from low self-worth (blocked) to worthiness (magnetic) by creating new neural pathways.

The same characteristic that makes your brain amazingly resilient, also makes it vulnerable to external and internal, habitual unconscious, influences.

If you practice a skill, the neurons associated with that skill, will gradually create a path. The more you practice the skill, you become faster and more efficient, because the neural pathway is covered by a neural substance called myelin. If a route has been created to a negative belief, the brain will choose this neural pathway to transport the myelin.

It is shown that thoughts have just as much an effect on the brain’s neuroplasticity as actions. The body follows thought. In the morning your body follows your thought to the bathroom, your toothbrush, the rest of your routine.

Your body follows the thoughts you have to the known. Manifesting teaches your body to follow the unknown.

Changing your brain requires dedicated action, not just intention.

Your brain doesn’t care what you practice. Whatever you give it, if repeated enough, it will become better and more efficient at it.
