Stupid Cop Walks Himself Into A Lawsuit

I was standing on the brush guard of a police vehicle in New Mexico on December 9, 2022. I got arrested and then released for ‘criminal damage’. New Mexico doesn’t have qualified immunity, incoming lawsuit.
