Ukraine uses Western arms for massacre in Donetsk, civilians targeted – Russia

Russia has pointed to the ongoing shelling of Donetsk at the latest UN Security Council meeting, during which concerns were also raised about weapons supplied to Kiev ending up in criminals' hands. Moscow’s ambassador to the UN said Ukrainian forces have been using Western weaponry to kill civilians across Donbass.
