Buenos Aires cuisine is synonymous with diversity. Heavily influenced by Spanish and Italian immigration, the plate of the porteño – the local name for Buenos Aires residents – has evolved over the years with Argentine twists on European classics and contributions from Asia, the Middle East and the rest of Latin America.
