Day 11 Focus: Intermittent Fasting
The topic of fasting makes me think of this passage from Proverbs 30--
15 “The leech has two daughters.
‘Give! Give!’ they cry.
“There are three things that are never satisfied,
four that never say, ‘Enough!’:
16 the grave, the barren womb,
land, which is never satisfied with water,
and fire, which never says, ‘Enough!’
Fasting is when I say "enough" to food for a time, to let my digestive system rest, clean out, and heal. See the link below for more information:

Day 12 Focus: Vegetables!
Vegetables are good, don't get me wrong. But not as good as you might think... watch and.. well, learn!
