Buffalo mass shooter willing to plead guilty to federal charges

Defense attorneys for the man who killed ten people in a racist attack at Tops on Jefferson Avenue in Buffalo say he is willing to plead guilty. Three others were also injured in the mass shooting. The shooter pleaded guilty to state charges in November. His defense team says he would be willing to take a guilty plea to the federal charges under similar terms. The shooter faces a possible death sentence in the federal case.
