An Introduction to the Inflow Matrix

Captain Nova is teaching a Permaculture class in New Zealand and he asks Elijah Ignatieff to give a 1.5 hr dip into whole systems thinking and the Inflow Matric Operating System and use the Conscious Communication Card Set (which Nova has). This is the first attempt by Elijah to share his work through zoom into a classroom setting with another facilitator (Nova) using the Conscious Communication Card Set.

Elijah starts out speaking about how to build a thought structure and after giving a little bit into the foundational elements of the Inflow Matrix, he proceeds to bring every course participant into a place on the Synergy Wheel map of the Inflow Matrix Operating System.

There are 9 Course participants and 1 Facilitator (Nova) and 10 positions on the Synergy Wheel. Each players lines up to a place on the Synergy Wheel.

He then gets them hold the Synergy Wheel Lens that represents the Synergy function they chose.

They then each get the 8 convo types at that particular function equaling 72 altogether.

They then chose 2 values, one to be put together with their function (eg. Accuracy @ 3.1 Research, Love @ 3.2 Infrastructure) and the other with a random draw of 1 of the 8 convo cards.

They then each had a chance to speak in 2 rounds. The first round was the value and the synergy function. The second was value with the convo type.

The main point of these two exercises was to show how you could program synergy business functions as well as convo types with values.

Elijah then asks for feedback and receives it. The kiwi accents are very hard to understand but maybe some translator will add a layer to explain what they actually say. Elijah pretends to understand them but rarely does. He hides it well and continues with the instruction.
