Some days you just don’t have it…
I was planning on going over 400lbs but my body is still adapting to adding sprints into my programming. I went to 345lbs and my body didn’t like it. Rather than tempting fate, I dropped to 315lbs and did higher reps.
Programming is great, but if you’re in the work-up process and just don’t have it that day, adjust the workout to accommodate.
Live to lift another day.
