Is the Griner-Bout prisoner swap a Putin victory?

Russian state media are lauding President Vladimir Putin for "winning" the prisoner exchange with the United States of U.S. basketball player Brittney Griner for notorious arms dealer Viktor Bout. And in Washington, some Republicans are criticizing the White House over the swap. Matthew Larotonda reports.
