- 2 slices of sliced white bread
-50g mixed vegetables, diced
- Two eggs
- A pinch of salt
- 5 grams of cooking oil
- 40 grams of mozzarella cheese
✤ tip
- The cut vegetables are cooked. If you are making any other raw food, you need to fry it in advance and then add it to the egg mixture.
