The tastiest homemade chocolate cake, I've been making this for 10+ years it never fails!

► INGREDIENTS:
Dark chocolate 120 grams.
Hot cream 120g.
15 grams of cognac or brandy (add to taste).
refrigerate.
Flour 240 grams.
Cocoa powder 55 grams.
baking soda 10 grams.
Sugar 250g.
salt 1/2 teaspoon.
2 eggs.
Vegetable Oil 60g.
Melted butter 60g.
milk 280g.
vinegar 1 tablespoon or lemon juice 2 tablespoons.
Baking pan 20-21 cm.
Bake in a preheated oven at 160°C for 60-70 minutes.
Check readiness with a wooden stick.
Whip 240 ml cream to soft peaks.
Set aside 3-4 tablespoons.
Cut off the top layer.
Cut into 3 parts.
Collect the cake.
Dark chocolate 80 grams.
Hot cream 30-35% 100 grams.
Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.
A crumb from the top layer.
