The Community Foundation of Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta has dished out $307,970 in grants to local organizations here in our city. The grants are through Community Priorities Granting Program, which is awarding $220,970 to 27 projects. As well as the Henry S. Varley Fund for Rural Life, giving out $87,000 to six projects.

The money will be distributed to 33 projects from organizations throughout Lethbridge and Southwestern Alberta.

Through generous donors the Community Foundation has distributed over $1.2 million in grants throughout our region this year.
