"A Side Stitch" refers to the pain you might feel after running or prolonged exercise. If it's on the left side of your abdomen, it could be your spleen, and if it's on the right side, it could be your liver / gallbladder. It's very natural.

It's important to have energy when you exercise, but it's best to eat 2 hours before exercising, not immediately before. If you do eat right before exercising, it should be light, like a banana, so you can have good clean energy. It's better to eat a heavy meal after exercising instead of immediately before.

Getting too much water right before can also cause the pain, but being properly hydrated is important always, so make sure you are drinking lots of water throughout the day, but not too much immediately after exercising.

If your pain is due to more serious spleen or liver / gallbladder issues, there are holistic approaches to that as well, which will be covered in other lessons, though not much in this one.
