Hello, I’m a parent from the future. This is art was made by my (almost) 8 year old daughter Lily.

I have worked in the digital marketing sphere since 2002 and have always seen this #future of connectedness.

Lily doesn’t spend much time playing online games or watching something on a tablet.

It’s not because she is not allowed, but because she chooses to do something creative with traditional art, or burn off some extra energy.

Lily learned to annunciate her words because i taught her how to use Alexa.

I remember her melting down, historically saying that #Alexa was just not listening to her.

After explaining to a 4 year old that she will
always have a robot assistant and it needs her to speak clearly to learn, she figured it out.

Since then, Alexa has been reading Lily stories when the parents had enough.

While I can’t know for certain if i have Amazon / #Audible / #DNA to thank, she is super intuitive and oddly knowledgeable for a kid.

After a few tutorials lead by me, she just started figuring things out in less than a week.
