Cars submerged, roads swamped: Deadly floods hit Lisbon

Heavy rains have flooded Portugal’s capital Lisbon, submerging cars, and streets, and disrupting public transport. A 55-year-old woman was killed after becoming trapped by the water in the basement where she lived, the national Civil Protection Agency said.
