Fix Deadlift Form with Mini-Bands

Lauren is a beast and will be killing everyone on the wrestling mat next season!

Started with 10s on each side and worked up to 145lbs.

We started with simple cues and after realizing Valgus (knees caving) was an issue, we placed the mini-band to cue “knees-out”.

One of the most coachable and talented athletes I’ve ever been blessed to coach.

We paired this movement with explosive high-jumps.
