Backpack Lower Body Workout At Home

No equipment needed for a great leg day. We can train the legs with just a backpack or any bag you can find really. As long as the bag can handle the weight. Remember you will be moving the bag lots throughout this workout. Follow along as I go and you will do well. No equipment training is all about technique. Become comfortable with the exercise you are doing first. Then add weight to the backpack to work the muscles more.

This workout kept me in shape when I had no access to the gym or when travelling. It is important to work with what you have. My backpack holds weight well. I have also done a similar workout with luggage before. Just hold a manageable weight to increase the difficulty of the training.
