Puberty Blockers are the medicin given to the kids who are diagnosed to have gender dysphoria the purpose of this treatment is to somewhat halt the puberty and to give some to think more clearly about the future treatments that may follow, these drugs block the sex hormones like testosterone and estrogen and stop secondary sex characteristics from appearing. The treatment is not approved from FDA and has many short term and long term side effects and off course has few benefits too everything is discussed in the video.
