Gratin pumpkin: the quick and delicious side dish!

INGREDIENTS
800g of pumpkin
100g (3/4 cup) of breadcrumbs
50g (1/2 cup) of parmesan cheese
Parsley
1 clove of garlic
Extra virgin olive oil

METHOD
1. Clean the pumpkin, remove the skin and cut it into slices of about one centimeter.
2. In a bowl add the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, chopped parsley and finely chopped garlic, then mix everything with a spoon.
3. Put the pumpkin slices on a pan with parchment paper well spread and put the breading on each slice of pumpkin.
4. Make a generous round of extra virgin olive oil and cook the pumpkin in a preheated oven at 190°C/392°F for about 20 minutes until you see that it begins to brown on the surface.
