101 year-old Navy Vet Dick Higgins remembers Pearl Harbor 81 years later

December 7, 2022 was the 81st anniversary of the attack on Pearl Harbor. Very few Pearl Harbor survivors are left but 101 year-old Dick Higgins is one of them. Every five years, Dick attends the commemoration in Pearl Harbor including last year. He revisits his war experience but also talks about the different world he was born into and all the history he's seen.
