Tomahawk Ribeye w/Rosemary Garlic Butter

Today I am going to show you guys how to cook a tomahawk ribeye steak over an open flame. Its one of my favorite cuts of beef. It is essentially a ribeye with the bone left in or the bone uncut. They also tend to be larger cuts. They can be a little difficult to find. I find them most often at Costco and Walmart even carries them from time to time. You can always as your local butcher.

Things Needed for This Recipe:

1 Tomahawk Ribeye
3 Cloves of Garlic (potentially 4-5 if the cloves are smaller)
5-6 Sprigs of Rosemary (try to chop just the leaves)
4 Tablespoons of Butter or more depending on preference
Fresh Cracked Pepper
Kosher Sea Salt
Olive Oil

For the Grill:
Charcoal
Hickory Wood
Chimney(the item that I use in the video to get the coals hot)
Lighter
