Suicide bomber blew himself up at a police station in Indonesia

In the city of Bandung, West Java province, a suicide bomber blew himself up at a police station, killing two security officials and injuring 8. According to available data, the terrorist turned out to be Agus Sujatno, who was convicted in 2017 for attacking a government facility and was a member of the JAD group that swore allegiance to IS. In 2021, he was released upon completion of his term.

Near the scene of the incident, his motorcycle and leaflets were found in which he calls democracy and the reformed criminal code disbelief. In particular, the new Criminal Code contains a law on the prohibition of condemning the actions of the president and the government, for violation of which they can be given up to three years in prison.
