Homemade Vinegar- Scoby formation

To help you identify the formation of scoby in your homemade vinegar.

Cam yeast is a white powdery substance. It is often preset by itself or on top of your scoby. Use a clean paper towel to gently soak up, or wipe out off the top of your vinegar. It is not toxic, but can effect the flavor.
