Federal appeals court considers Trump's plea to grant him immunity from Capitol riot lawsuits

Wednesday, former President Donald Trump's legal team will ask a federal appeals court to grant him immunity in lawsuits stemming from the January 6th US Capitol attack. The three suits were filed last year by Democratic members of the House of Representatives and police officers who defended the Capitol.
