Biden hails the TSMC plant in Arizona as a significant victory for the United States

As President Joe Biden visited and praised the project, Taiwanese chipmaker TSMC announced it would more than triple its planned investment at its new Arizona plant to $40 billion, making it one of the largest foreign investments in American history.
