Correcting assignment districts in LMT.

A faster, easier way to identify anyone with incorrect districts or otherwise in assignments.

Note: SD should never be defined in any role. We do not assign individuals to senate districts. DC & DC Team should always be defined to HD. If anyone need SR (State Region) assigned, they should be added to the RC Team or be a member of state-level team which has SR assignments.
