I believe that the truck hit a TM-62 anti-tank mine since those were prevalent in Kyiv during the Russian invasion. Russian Anti-personnel butterfly mines are too small. Russian bouncing anti-personnel mines would have exploded outward and caused shrapnel damage. And Russia's PTKM-1R top-attack mine would have blown the hood of the fire truck down and out, not up and back.
