Tasty Oven Baked White Snapper Fish Recipe

Chef Stanley Kuria and I recently met at a cottage in Diani. The chef prepared great family dinners for us while we were there, and I learned a lot about cooking fish, viazi karai, and authentic coastal biryani. Because his dishes were so good, I eagerly anticipated mealtimes.

His recipe is shown above, and the white snapper was delicious. The fish was consumed all at once.

To make this, you`ll need;

3-3.5 Kg White/Red Snapper
1.5 Tablespoons finely chopped Garlic
1.5 Tablespoons diced Red Onion
3-4 Tablespoons of Mushroom Dark Soy Sauce
2 Tablespoons of Oyster Sauce
1 Tablespoon of Black Pepper Powder
1/2 Cup of Vegetable Cooking Oil
1/2 Teaspoon of Salt
2 Tablespoons of Tomato Paste
2 Fresh Squeezed Lemon Juice
