A full reading of the Declaration of Independence by the United States of America signed first by John Hancock the President of the 2nd Continental Congress on July 4th 1776.
This reading includes a brief introduction along with all the names of the Congressman who signed their names on behalf of the People of the American colonies.
The Declaration was written largely by Thomas Jefferson in committee with John Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Roger Sherman and Robert Livingston by order of the 2nd Continental Congress after the Virginian Delegation led by Richard Henry Lee proposed Independence on June 7th 1776.
