BISON ON A SPIT | Bison Field Harvest and Roast

October 8th the MMNP team travels deep into West Virginia to film the Riffle Farms annual Bison Roast where they humanely field harvest a bison bull and roast him on a spit overnight. The event includes a processing class on the day of harvest and a dinner party the following evening.
