Indonesians could face one year in prison if found guilty of having sex outside of marriage. It's part of a sweeping change to the criminal code -- unanimously passed by parliament on Tuesday. The law will also apply to foreigners visiting the country. In addition, cohabitation before marriage is an offense that can result in jail time.
