The Fundamentals of Integrity - The Missing Link to Real Estate Success
Barry Berman has been in the real estate business since 1981. Now the president of Integritas Consulting Group established in 1994, he has a multitude of stories and sage insights on the importance of integrity in building relationships.
In this interview, Barry looks back at his early days in the industry and how he cultivated his knowledge of real estate by creating a trusting partnership with the people he meets.

Being efficient and effective as a person in real estate is as important as building relationships with the people around you.
Being out on the streets to find deals and transact with people can make your real estate journey easier since you get a more genuine connection with your clients.
Don’t let your fear of talking to people get in the way of your success in your business.
Although making real connections with people is easier before the influx of technology and online transactions, you cannot discount the benefits that new tech brings.
If you want to create wealth that’ll last, real estate investing is a good choice.
Build relationships with people that could help you grow your business. And do your best to learn from other people who have experience.
Learning more about the works of your field involves learning from reading, experience, and asking for help from others who know more than you.
Communicating with people opens new opportunities you can take.
Look into other ventures that make you fulfilled and happy; you don’t necessarily need to stick to just one.
